Anxiety

Chronic anxiety comes from two main causes: accumulated stress, and difficult or traumatic situations from the past. Compensating patterns develop and we find it difficult to relax. However our basic ground state is creative and resourceful, and there are ways to heal and restore balance.

Easing

Easing anxiety involves unwinding unhealthy patterns, while at the same time bringing your natural strengths front and center in your life. This is a gradual process that happens through awareness, commitment and support. We learn to relax, and our energy shifts more and more towards meaning and joy.
